Application Development

At Halcyon we believe in following a structured development lifecycle, such as the RAD (Rapid Application Development) approach to software development. This detail oriented and iterative process has proven to maximize the probability for success. We:
- Work with customer to design high-level system requirements
- Develop system and application-level specifications
- Create detailed design artifacts based on specifications
- Implement a change control process that tracks all specification changes and assures that all stakeholders sign off before any changes are made.
- Implement system based on design, following latest software development principles
- Perform thorough post-development testing phases before delivering to customer: Unit testing, systems testing, user-acceptance testing.
- Maintain relationship with customer to provide upgrades, fixes, etc. and perform regression testing where appropriate
